Setting Up Mailing Lists Per Affiliate Group

JEM allows you to subscribe users to a specific mailing list when they are added to a specific affiliate group.  This can be beneficial if you enable the option for changing affiliate groups on registration.

By default, all users who register are subscribed to the default affiliate group and the default mailing list.  If you enable the option for changing affiliate groups on registration, users can register and be added to a different affiliate group, as well as subscribe to a different mailing list.

To enable the mailing list per affiliate group, follow these steps:
  1. Click on Members > Manage Affiliate Groups
  2. Click on the Affiliate Group you want to configure
  3. On the Manage Affiliate Group screen, you can select the mailing list the user will be subscribed to.
  4. Save your changes.
