Manually Adding Invoices

To manually add an invoice, go to Members >> Manage Members.

 

Click on the profile of the member with the invoice.

Once the member's profile appears, click on the Quicklink >> Invoice Options >> Create invoice.

 

A new page will load with the following tabs:

manage invoice - the main tab used in creating a new invoice.

update account info - contains the member's account information.

update shipping info - contains the member's shipping information.

options - the area where you can add tax amount, shipping amount, referring affiliate (if applicable) and invoice notes.

 

The manage invoice tab has two area: Invoice and Product.

Invoice  contains details like invoice status, due date and product type, while Product has details like product ID and name, quantity, price and notes. Fill in all the details on the Manage Invoice and Options tab, and click on 'Submit'.
