Content Settings

To see your Content Settings, go to Settings >> Global Configuration.

Content Settings is the fifth tab. Under it you will see the following sub-tabs:

Members area


Under Content settings:

enable comments on content - allow members to post comments on any of your content pages     
moderate comments - require admins to moderate any comments made to content    
content categories per page - number of content categories to show on each page    
content articles per page - number of content articles to show on each page    
FAQ articles per page - number of FAQ articles to show on each page    
content articles on home page - if you want content articles to show on the home page, it will show this many    
HTML content editor - select the HTML content editor to use for editing    
content update services - whenever you create / update content, the system will notify (ping) these services    
auto generate XML sitemap - automatically generate the XML sitemap for Google and other search engines    
RSS items per page - the number of items to show per RSS feed

Under Members area:

enable member dashboard icons - enable or disable the icons on the members area dashboard     
number of dashboard articles - number of articles to show on the members dashboard    


The following icons can be enabled or disabled in your members area for your own customization.  For example.  if you don't want to show the help desk icon, you can set the enable support dashboard icon to disable
