Configuring the Authorize.Net (SIM)

To Configure Authorize.Net (SIM) as a Payment Gateway, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Payment Gateways
  2. Click on the Authorize.net link.
  3. On the Authorize.net Payments window, enter the following:
    • Module Name - the name you want customers to see when they select this payment option
    • Payment URL - If you need to change the URL, enter it here.
      • Production URL - https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
    • API Login ID - Your Authorize.Net Merchant ID
    • Transaction Key - The transaction key set in your Authorize.Net Account area
    • Enable Testing - enable or disable test transactions
    • Authorization Type - Authorization Only or Authorization and Capture
    • Header HTML for Payment Form - If you want to add any HTML in the header area of the Authorize.net (SIM) page, add it here.
    • Footer HTML for Payment Form - If you have any HTML in the footer arrea, add it here.

    • Logo URL - if you want to use a logo image on the authorize.net (SIM) page, add the full URL path here.
    • Send Customer Notification - Enable this option to allow Authorize.Net to send notifications to your customer for their payment
    • Send Merchant Notification - Enable this opiton if you want Authorize.Net to send notification emails to your merchant email address
    • Enable Debug Email - If you want the system to send you debug emails to yoursecurity alert email address, enter the email here.
    • Enable MD5 Hash - Enable the md5 security hash option from your Authorize.Net
